The ISO 9000 family of standards is related to quality management systems and designed to help organisations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to quality. The standards are published by ISO, the International Organisation for Standardisation, and available through national standards bodies.

Rakan Ikhlas Services has been independently certified to the ISO 9001 standard, which is one of the most widely used management tools in the world today.

OHSAS 18001 certification demonstrates that an Organisation has the systems in place to effectively manage Health & Safety Risks at the workplace. It is widely seen as the world's most recognized occupational health and safety management systems standard. We are proud to have achieved OHSAS 18001 accreditation for the best-practice Occupational Health and Safety procedures. Our Risk Assessments and Method Statements are always unique to the site and the job in question, and produced for each and every contract we undertake. Staff are trained to the highest standard in Occupational Health and Safety and all training records are documented. Our Health and Safety Policy and Remote Workers Policy amongst other documentation are reviewed annually and amended to incorporated new legislation where appropriate.
